Introducing our new Key Account Manager Natalie Palmer
Haworth Castings is delighted to announce the appointment of our new Key Account Manager, as it continues to focus on delivering excellent customer service.
An experienced customer service professional
Natalie Palmer has a strong background in developing collaborative relationships, having previously worked for P&O Cruises managing and supporting direct partnerships with key customers. She joined Haworth Castings last year and is looking forward to developing this new role.

Excellent customer support
Haworth Castings is tailoring its customer systems to ensure that key customers receive added value. As Key Account Manager, Natalie will provide a single point of contact, meaning that information can be shared more easily and any challenges addressed quickly.
She will also undertake structured Key Account reviews to ensure that the company is providing the best solution for customers, whether itself or through sister companies Metaltech or Investacast.
